1Acceptance of Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("User" or "Player") and einph ("Platform", "we", "our"). These Terms govern your use of the einph.pro website, the einph mobile app, and all related services.

By accessing the einph platform through any device or medium, registering a new account, making a deposit, using any gaming feature, or claiming any promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms.

Einph reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to players via in-platform notifications or their registered email. Continued use of the platform after such changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

2Account Eligibility & Registration

To be eligible to register and use the einph platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be 18 years of age or older at the date of registration
• An individual (not a company, bot, or automated entity)
• Not on any self-exclusion list or platform ban
• Not a citizen or resident of a region that prohibits online gambling
• Has never had an account closed by einph due to a previous violation

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full name, identity card number, date of birth, email address, and active phone number. This information is used for identity verification (KYC) and financial transaction processing.

3Account Security & Password

You are solely responsible for keeping your einph account login credentials confidential, including your username and password. einph will never ask for your password under any circumstances — not via email, chat, phone, or any other channel.

You agree to:

• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members
• Do not allow others to use your account
• Using a strong password and changing it regularly
• Enabling the two-factor authentication (2FA) provided by the platform
• Report any suspicious access or activity to einph support immediately

Einph uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all communications and transaction data. However, you are also responsible for ensuring that the device used to access the platform is secure and free from malicious software.

4Deposits & Payment Methods

Einph supports a variety of deposit methods suited for Malaysian players, including FPX bank transfers, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and major debit/credit cards. All deposits are credited to your account balance instantly once payment is confirmed by the system.

Deposit conditions that must be followed:

• Deposited funds must originate from an account or payment method registered in your own name
• The use of third-party accounts to deposit funds is strictly prohibited
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are subject to account level and chosen payment method
• Einph reserves the right to request proof of ownership of a payment method at any time
• Deposits made for money laundering purposes will be reported to the relevant authorities

5Fund Withdrawal & KYC Process

Players wishing to withdraw funds from their einph account must complete the standard identity verification (KYC) process. This is a security procedure that protects players from fraud and ensures funds are returned to the legitimate account holder.

Documents that may be required during KYC include:

• Copy of Malaysian identity card (MyKad) — front and back
• Proof of payment method (screenshot of bank account or e-wallet)
• Selfie with identity card for new user verification

Once KYC is completed, withdrawals are processed as follows: e-wallets within 15 minutes to 1 hour, FPX bank transfers within 1 to 3 hours. Withdrawal requests received during peak banking hours or system maintenance may take slightly longer.

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction. Players who have not completed KYC are subject to a lower daily withdrawal limit until verification is complete. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered under the same player's name.

6Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

Einph offers a variety of promotions and bonuses from time to time. Each bonus has specific terms that must be read and understood before acceptance. Accepting a bonus means you agree to all conditions associated with that bonus.

General principles that apply to all einph bonuses:

• Each bonus has a clearly stated rollover requirement — typically between 1× and 20× depending on the bonus type
• Bonuses may only be used to play games within the einph platform, not for transfers or direct withdrawals
• Bonuses cannot be combined with other bonuses unless explicitly stated in the terms of the relevant offer
• Einph reserves the right to void bonuses obtained through improper means or fraud
• Bonuses with outstanding wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn — only winnings earned after the requirements are met are eligible for withdrawal

7Game Rules & Integrity

All games on the einph platform use an RNG (random number generator) system that has been certified by an independent auditing body. This ensures every game outcome is fully random and cannot be manipulated by any party.

Players agree to:

• Do not use automated software, bots, or third-party tools to play or analyse games
• Do not attempt to exploit any technical bugs on the platform — any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided
• Do not collude with other players to manipulate the outcomes of multiplayer games
• Accepting game system outcomes as final in all cases where no proven technical error has occurred

In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay that affects the outcome, einph will investigate the incident and take fair action based on system records. einph's decision in such matters is final.

8Accepted Player Conduct

Einph is a platform that values a positive and respectful gaming environment. Players are expected to conduct themselves courteously and not negatively impact the experience of other players.

The following behaviour is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure:

• Using abusive, threatening, or offensive language across all einph communication channels, including chat and customer support
• Making false or unsubstantiated accusations against other players or einph staff
• Spreading false information about the einph platform on social media or public platforms
• Threatening or attempting to coerce einph staff for preferential treatment
• Using the platform for illegal activities or activities that violate Malaysian law

9Account Closure & Suspension

Players may close their einph account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing, ensure all eligible balances have been withdrawn first, as balances in a closed account cannot be automatically recovered.

Einph reserves the right to suspend or close an account if:

• The player violates any term in this document
• There is suspicious activity indicating fraud or money laundering
• The player provides false or misleading registration information
• Account inactive for a set period with no transaction activity
• There are instructions from the relevant legal authorities

In the event of account closure due to a confirmed violation, einph reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending an ongoing investigation. Funds obtained through illegitimate means will not be returned.

10Responsible Gaming

Einph is fully committed to responsible gaming. We believe that online gaming is for entertainment purposes and should not cause financial or personal problems for players.

Players are responsible for:

• Only play with money you can afford to lose without impacting your basic living needs
• Setting and adhering to personal limits for deposits, losses, and playing time

Einph provides built-in control tools within your account — deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion options — which can be activated at any time. 11einph's Liability Limits

Einph provides the platform on an "as-is" basis and does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption at all times. While we strive to ensure optimal platform availability (99.9% uptime), technical disruptions or scheduled maintenance may occur from time to time.

Einph is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from internet or device disruptions on the player's end
• Game outcomes resulting from the player's own errors in placing bets
• Indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform
• Third-party actions such as payment providers that are outside einph's control

Einph's maximum liability to any player under any circumstances is limited to the net deposit amount made by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

12Terms Amendment & Applicable Laws

Einph reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to players at least 14 days before taking effect via platform notifications or registered email.

It is the player's responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically for any changes. The "Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last modified.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through a process established by einph — starting with internal resolution via the support team, followed by mediation if necessary.
